It typically takes a minimum of three months to change one health behavior into an alternate, healthier self-sustaining behavior. In order for clients to experience the full impact of health coaching and see tangible, permanent results, the coaching agreement is made for a minimum of three months, with the option for additional time.

 

Those clients who have greater challenges, such as significant weight loss, a chronic condition, or a previous inability to sustain positive health behaviors, might benefit from committing to either of the longer agreements below.
